We Plan & Construct

As Contractor(s), we offer our complete construction & planning services which include Structure & Architectural drawings with the owner's approval at every stage of construction. All costing from start to finishing is discussed & a rate of construction per square feet is finalized. To finalize the rate of construction, we arrange meetings with drawings & other details of the new apartment between the Owner & Architect. Every small & big detail with Owner & Architect is discussed & finalized. So once we get the Owner’s full-approval on Architect’s Plans & Drawings, we start Construction work with the scheduled completion month.

We help Plot-Owners in decisions for planning & oversee the construction for & on behalf of the Plot owner. We give important inputs regarding structure planning, electric circuits, rooms, areas, service-areas, maintenance costs & keep our client up-to-date with decisions on choices about Kitchen, marble, bathrooms, bedroom storage, etc., the list is never-ending. We keep our client informed about the material reaching your construction site, so they are fully aware of the brand & quantity. There are many decisions, that are inter-linked & affect the other important aspects of the upcoming apartment, which a prospective client probably not aware of. So we introduce them well before in time with prospective clients.
